If you like your red meat cooked any further than medium (and I'm being very generous
to those who like it medium) I suggest you not waste your money on such a fine cut of meat. If you like steak well-done, I suggest you save your money, not buy a steak, but instead get an old shoe from your closet, throw that on the fire, and have at it. It will taste the same and be similar in chewyness. Now that I've put in my two cents, after you oil, salt, and pepper your steak, place it on a preheated grill set to high. I do mean high. You want the outside of the meat to sear and lock in all the natural juices. Close the lid to the grill and DO NOT TOUCH THAT STEAK UNTIL 6 MINUTES HAVE PASSED! Let it do it's thing. At the 6 minute mark, flip steak and let sizzle another 5 minutes. Again, DO NOT TOUCH IT! After 5 minutes, take off the grill and let sit on a cutting board for at least 5 minutes before you cut into it. I mean it... if you get anxious and poke the meat, you have ruined it. Just be patient and get all the other things to the dinner table. At this point, you can either have it whole (nobody should eat an entire one of these...it's just tacky) or slice it up like I do and serve.
